Yeah Lasernut is a big contract fabrication company. My Pelfreybilt bumper was made by them. That particular buggy requires a tremendous amount of spatial awareness from the driver to use it to its full potential:

    Lol my thoughts exactly,
well maybe a little more politically correct and optimistic than what was going though my mind but the same intent none the less.
Add some dirt and salt or even one Russian and it won't last long.

Thanks guys. I have purchased the Headstrong Add A Leaf with the 0.5" additional spacer. Headstrong calls this their 2" lift (1.5" for the AAL, and 0.5" for the spacer). So I should be getting about 2" of lift.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the droop or down travel in the rear is more limited by the length of the shocks then the springs, correct? So what I need to pay attention to with regard to the length of the break lines is the extended length of the shocks, right? Am I correct in thinking that the lift is not much of a factor for droop? The compressed length and the lift of the added springs are factors for the new bumpstop length, correct?

So if I'm thinking of going with a shock with extended length of 23.5-24.5" will that stress the rear break lines at full droop?

    Any suggestions for bumpstop length?

Nice! that will suit you well, the truck needs a lift for certain.
currently running Fox 2.0 shocks in the rear which are the same length as the Stock TRD OR (maybe half an inch longer) but yeah - right now the shock is the limiting factor for flex/droop, so in general I'm going to guess with your AAL will do the same.

At the moment i dont have extended break lines but i did bypass the eyelet that holds it in place and i've not had issues with it as of yet so i would guess that extended travel shocks will eventually cause issues with length.

in regards of the bumpstops. i just went with what other people figured out to use (GM Bumps) so i'm blindly trusting that it will work without issues.

If you plan on extended travel shock like B110 then you would need to extend brake lines, remove parking brake cables mounts on the leaf's and unclip wire harness that is at the top off the diff to avoid wire stretching.

    Stock heights numbers :
    Collapsed - 14.02"
    Extended - 22.94"
    Travel - 8.92"

    B110 Bilstein height numbers :
    Collapsed- 16.34
    Extended - 27.28
    Travel - 10.94"

Anything less of travel than B110 isn't required to have brake lines extended or other modifications from my past experience having different setups at the back.
One thing you must remember, with lift comes the need for longer bump stops to avoid bottoming out.

My previous seup was Icon AAL + Fox 2.0 rear shocks, worked pretty well, until it didn't :sadviolin:

I was guessing. They didn't look too destroyed from all I've seen. I'm still new here.
