Pull in ~3000 CSV files, line them up with timestamps in another CSV file, make some statistic, spit out plots for each one, and a plot for the whole thing.

I think I just got it working, still don't know why it was failing.

Next I get to play in wireshark, so that'll probably be the end of me.

UI work can be really tedious, and then if its rework that does sound painful. Is it due soon enough to get any crunch-time motivation bonuses?

    @Speedytech7

So I keep finding myself running too cold.

It's like shooting long range and forgetting to make "bold" adjustments.

1st T (long one up top) I was at 18.5 180IPM (wire speed)

    2nd T 19.0 195IPM

    3rd T 20.0 210IPM

4th T 20.8 220IPM but also moving faster compared to the first three -

    20211028_081651.jpg

Last one is a good deal flatter since I ran it 'hot' enough

It's less Tacoma and more mod
If you're consistently running too cold, you're probably running too fast. Slow yourself down with the same wire speeds and heat and see how it look, forget about burning through for a min.

Does your class break/bend test the welds? Sometimes what looks cold isn't.

I should record myself; 2 people watching me said I was going too slow. I mentioned that when I run at a slow, consistent pace I can be really steady and even (glad that's not an issue).

My flattest pass was also my hottest, and quickest.

    good point

even cutting through it for a cross section would help judge that

Yes but we have a substitute today so no testing welds.

We leave our machine at work set for 18v pretty much all the time. Adjust wire speed as needed, but it covers most common size stuff at that voltage.

You know what though, my untrained eye is telling me I'm a bit cold when really I can't tell unless I cut it.

Oh about a day. Its not production, just some experimental stuff I'm putting together for a customer.
