For most sizes we have molds for the flask globe. Spin the tube in the lathe with an air hose going into a swivel on one end, heat the section the flask will be made out of and blow it up to a roughly round shape then use the mold to get the globe size right.

We don't have molds for sizes that people don't order much and for those we use a couple sets of calipers to check the globe, can usually get them all consistent +/- 1mm.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I really Hope they can continue to have a good relationship .

In my case I got tired of hearing " you live here I feed you , You will do whatever work I tell you to do" That was most often followed by thousands of kids would be glad to have what you do.

I am pretty sure I ran away from home at least once a week. To my Fort in the woods

Probably needs magenta ink. Can't print black and white without magenta

Also, if you can't fix it with a hammer you have an electrical problem.

It only prints black and white! :p

And the hammer isn't working. Better get a bigger one.

I'm sure the boss will love to hear that we need to either repair or replace the 12 year old, $15,000 plotter. Think we have that in the budget?

Little more trimming and a little more welding and we should be ready to rock.

Yeah, but 1-2 day wait for lime green seems a good idea to me.

He may not be running lime green for a little while, if I wait until spring I won't be in such a rush.
