Nah, they killed the bonus program in 2020, unfortunately. Also didn't have vacation accrual for most of 2020 because they were concerned people were going to accumulate too many hours and quit :notsure:

Do they cap your accrual hours at all? My sister has been capped out for years and I don't think its good for her.

Ugh that sucks. Our PTO hours are fixed and don't really accrue, so our management was constantly telling us to use our vacation. Its use it by the end of the year or loose it and they want us to stay sane. I've still got ~120 hours I need to use this year. November and December are gonna be fun.

I think I can roll over 3.5 days at EOY, I'm not sure what the cap is but I have about 80 accrued right now, I guess I should figure out how/when to take a vacation lol

After Timmy’s 5VZ valve clearance check video I’m really paranoid about my 99. I know the 4 cylinders are more likely to have issues though and need more frequent checks.

Usually the caps are like 600+. At least they were at my last job.

I have the time, i just gotta figure out where to go. Thinking about cramming together a week in november on top of thanksgiving for 2 weeks. Maybe Big Bend or something, since I need to end up in south texas for thanksgiving.

It bit mine at 200kish miles. I have pretty complete records from the previous owner and I didn't see any valve clearance checks in there, so I dunno when it was checked.

Recommendations I've seen are to check every 50k.

There is a variance between them though. I thought a 30 psi difference between cylinders was the tolerable limit. I can't remember.

Ugh I have to get smogged this weekend

Need to figure out how to check to see if my monitors are ready via the SG, since I replaced the truck's battery a few weeks back. I'm sure they're reset by now but still wanna be sure.
