For me, it’s the BMW with the massive LED bar in its front bumper behind me at the last light before I got home. And people walking on my lawn.

Go ahead, bitch about some stuff.

    People bitching about stuff :boink:

Including the person who thinks it's unfair that people offer me their reserved parking while they are out of town for extended periods, meaning my garage can be vehicle free for other projects.

Jealousy is an ugly thing. :hattip:

What actually feels good is knowing I get the offers because I help folks fix things & move things when I can. Or point them to quality vendors to consider when I can't. And ask for nothing in return.

Some folks dont understand 'service', some dont understand 'gratitude' and those types I find go thru life unhappy, blaming everything one everyone else.

People parking on the left side of the road with their lights on. Or leaving their headlights on while they're parked in a parking lot so when you pull into the spot in front of them you're blinded.

Well something was grinding my gears, but it turned out better than I could of hoped.
All last week, a online auction for walnut, sycamore, sassafras, white and red oak, poplar, curly and ambrosia maple.
5 separate lots of black walnut.
I would bid, same dude would over bid everyone on every lot.
I stopped but the price got upnto just goofy.
I won the curly tiger heart maple, and the 14" wide 14' foot long sassafras, largest prettiest I have ever seen.
    So I drive down today.
    Still disappointed about the walnut.

Anyway start talking to the owner. Asked if he had any walnut that wasn't in the auction for sale. He said yeah sure. Drives off on a forklift and comes back. 120 board foot, and two 10' live edge slabs for 350, which is half what the auction lots closed at.

Made my day. Gears completely unground, except it poured down rain the whole way home, and the whole unload and trim to 10' to fit in my shop.

I’ll add, people driving slow in the left lane who speed up when you pass them in the right lane, and act all exasperated with you as if you’ve done something horribly aggressive and offensive.

It might be true that all the most annoying things are done from behind a steering wheel…or in front of a computer screen…

Sir, this is not the proper thread to be boasting about your awesome day. But I’ll let it slide this once.

    What’re you building?

This reminds me of a guilty pleasure I’ve had lately: watching a guy on YouTube who makes tables from rough hewn tree trunk slabs and epoxy.
