    I traded in my 04 taco for a 03 dodge 2500 Hemi and i cant stand this pos. Every time i drive this damn thing something else brakes. I got it in oct and so far i had to replace the rear brakes and lines from the frame back, the termostat,and the powersteering pump. I cant wait till i can afford to get another tacoma or a tundra. I should have listened to chris and everyone else that told me not to do it.

    Dude, that is funny! I did almost the same thing back in 2006. I had a GREAT 2000 TRD. I thought I wanted something bigger so I bought a 2005 Hemi Quad Cab 4X4. The truck was a actually great truck. The downside...a month later gas hit $4/gal. I did some exhaust work and intake work and got up to 18MPG on the hwy. I kept it a year, traded it in on a beater 2-door Tahoe and it took me almost 2 years to find the right replacement Tacoma (a 2001 just like my old 2000). Good luck dude, you can work your way back into a Tacoma!

    Even the cummins are junk. The motor is great but the rest of the truck is shit. My friend has one and puts a new front end on it every year. The trans is the worst part of my truck. I doesnt want to shift when i want it to. At least i have a warrenty to cover most of the shit that brakes.

    I cant wait to get back into a toyota!
