Tequila + Ambien = sleep. 11 to 8:30.

 

Not sure if allergies but possibly, so last night had a wake up for bathroom, then lay back down and now I've got this annoying nostril wheeze!
Am I the only one this kind of thing happens to? Or the only one it would prevent getting back to sleep?
Hate it when that happens.

Yep, that's why I take my allergy pills in the evening. Allergens typically peak during the wee hours of the morning, so if I woke up at all to goto the bathroom, I was on the tail end of a 24hr pill and would typically end up triggering my allergies. Switched up my pill schedule and now I don't typically have any issues during the night. But that's just what works for me

Thanks! Pretty much anything was an improvement but I am glad that I nixed my "I'll just paint everything white and start fresh" idea. That would have been a waste and not exciting in the least lol.

Well , I was instructed to not take any antihistamine 72 hours prior to testing. If I applied a little math and used the antihistamine Wednesday morning instead of night they would have continued with testing. If reacted to the test I would have continued. But I didn’t and have to reschedule for next Friday. Oh well
