@Kwikvette if you are down in LA a good one to go to is the Peterson Auto museum. May need to do some convincing to the wife.

The big ones in LA city proper are The Getty (that ones really cool), LACMA, Natural History Museum....also there's the Peterson Automotive Museum worth checking out

Toyota used to have their museum out here, but it moved to TX (I think) around 2016. I wish I had gone to it before it moved

Convincing? Surprised her and I both didn't know about it

I just sent her that Huntington Garden one. I'll link her that one as well.

I had to destroy a bunch of drives, I tried a drill but it was taking too long. So I took my 10lb sledge and went to town.

    Yeah for sure

It'll be on a weekend of course; I'm just shocked at how close we are to LA County now versus how far I'd have to drive from Salinas.

    A whole 3.5hrs closer.

So I'm just trying to plan more trips out in that area than I used to for myself.

    Whoa, 101 ain't that bad.

It's the 46 you used to worry about.

That bitch was 1 lane for so many years; god forbid you went more than 55mph too. I used to jet down that road on my bike for so many years.

I move back to CA and bam, 46 now has 2 lanes on both sides. Still 55mph in most parts though.

    Stock again- rip slug

legit took me 30 min to drill through 3-4 of em and i gave up. The 3 lb sledge was too wimpy too, 10 lb woulda been fun!

Impact was the harbinger of death tho, should grab me drill bits for it now

I feel like going through those empty stretches in the dark would be the way to do it, if there’s a logical way to swing that. I feel like covering as much ground in the dark is the best most the time.

If I recall, Danny had a layover so he had asked about Wienerschnitzel cause I mentioned it here before.

He posted later how he was stuck on the toilet for a good minute
