    ran some errands. windy as heck, had trouble keeping Baby Toy on the road when the gusts hit me. Was going to head out camping tonight but i don't want to drive in the wind. would have been a great day otherwise.
    dropped a bunch of my quilt tops off to be quilted, excited to get them done but i gotta wait a couple of months. the lady is super backed up with orders.

    yeah, everything is computerized now. the fully automated machines that you can do either computerized patterns or free motion patterns are well over $10k with the machine and the frame. And some of the frames require about 8'x20' of space to operate fully

    Now it makes sense.
    My grandmother would draw a pattern on a big blanket with some sort of white chalk pencil and then use a regular sewing machine and also by hand and stitch the pattern..

    But its no fun when the package is not for me.

    Our Sears closed years ago. The Mall only has 1 store left. The rest has been torn down. But, I can get Craftsman tools at the Fleet Farm.
