Small mod..added 5hp...swapped out chrome hub cap inner for red OEM TRD hub cap.One dealer wanted my VIN number because they said they only sell them to TRD pro owners...so I went online and bought em from another dealer.

I just like the product. The RMAS system served my purpose and I am still able to do some mild off road stuff.

 

In a span of 4 months having this truck, been having fun so far...

Had a Retrax Pro XR (will post for sale, along with other parts, once able) removed for an v3 RLD canopy purchased from a member here. Traveled 300+ miles to Oakhurst, CA near Yosemite to purchase the canopy from a member here on TW. Camped in mountains first nights, was well worth the travel (thanks again Summit for the boondocking recommendations). Shortly after installed the Prinsu cab rack, used a lot of silicone around the mounting holes, no leaks so far during this week's rain & car wash. Planning to mount & wire a 100w rigid solar panel onto the cab rack & building a DIY extrusion platform rack for the RLD.

Upgraded suspension, wheels, & tires this week. Bilstein 6112/5160's, 5/6 clip configuration, OME Dakar leaf packs, u bolts, measured 3", waiting for things to settle with constant load of tools & camping gear, Method 701s wrapped in 285/70/17 BFG Ko2s. SPC UCAs.

Installed the TRD grille 2 nights ago.

Nope. He has forsaken us.

 

And he was always so congenial. Always quick to welcome the new memebers. Didn't spar (fight) too much w/ others. Never got banned (that I remember). He had something to contribute to most ever idea, subject, mod, etc.
Shame not to see him around anymore.

Nice! I agree that the rigid fogs are not impressive at all. I like your solution to keep the rigid housing. I’ve thought about upgrading them too though I just always was curious if Baja Designs S2 would fit in the current spot that rigid ones sit? I haven’t seen anyone try it

 

Got the brake/cargo light replaced under the service campaign. 4 hours for dealer to replace and about 30 minutes of my time to clean the headliner, tuck in my rear dashcam wire and snap on the rear pillar cover screw access.

First windshield mod..started as small chip and as I hit every bump in the road it grew

Checked the Transmission fluid, plasti dipped the trim around the dash.

 

Dyno results: URD Y pipe gains 9 WTQ from 2200-3300 rpm. This is the problem area for the 3.5L and yes you can feel it. Truck has more pep down low.

 

Drove it some more. Somewhere in Arizona. Been through Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, California and now here. Many more states to go.

 

First time towing. Today was an empty trailer down to Waynesboro VA. Picked up my power hammer and heading back in the morning. I cant say i notice the 1000 lb hammer back there.

Also this was a long trip on the new suspension. Zero issues at any speed. Re torqued the u bolts when i go here because you need to do that anyways. Thats it.
