    i am looking for a strong skid plate that will hold up when i go 4x4. any one know any good ones? I am looking for one that does NOT have a bully bar

    With ATO's don't you have to re-route the y-pipe? Or is this just a myth. (I knor bud built has a 1" spacer to correct for this).

    broken mods
    listen about the powder coating...its a skid plate
    it is made to drag and slide against rocks n such
    no powder coating or any fiish will hold up to that...
    spray paint is your best friend
    just my .02

    There was a guy on ttora, selling a set of bud-builts for like $500 (IFS, Tranny, Transfer Case, Crossmember and Gas Tank) On my phone otherwise I'd find the link for you

    So I guess Bud Builts would be "light duty" as well since they use the same material as we do? :rolleyes:

    To the OP - we also have a version that works with the sway bar for $269 powdercoated.
