Favorite Whiskey?

I have been drinking Breckenridge recently, which is great and makes a kick ass Bolivar if you're into mixed drinks.
I also really love Irish Whiskey, my favorites are Teeling's small batch and Black Bush.

I'm in Las Vegas and picked up some bottles that were 50% less than I get them at home. Although the one Total Wine didn't have the greatest of selections. Hoping to check out some more.

 

Got a few new ones to add to the overall collection. I'm a big fan of smaller local distillery's so have a lot from places near me.

Managed to find a bottle of this at a store here in PA. Oh, my.

 

Little Book is one of my favorites. So hard to find (at least in my area).

 

Little book ain’t bad. I’ve seen it with dust on it along with bookers. Still crazy to me how different regions have different bourbons that sell and don’t sell.

 

Finally trying this rye my wife picked out (based on the bottle lol). It’s really good, so then I made an old fashioned. Don’t worry, there’s a huge ice cube in there

 

I didn't have time unfortunately. I did pick up a bottle of their small batch though. haven't tried it before.

 

There were very few State stores here in PA that carry/have it. I happened to be driving out to Pittsburgh from northeast PA this weekend and there was a store on my way that had a bottle - stopped and grabbed it.

 

I was told about the Netflix series HEIST …. The Bourbon King 2 part show on Pappy Van Winkle theft…..thought it was worth the watch….anybody else checked it out?

 

I haven’t heard of this one, but based on true story which always catches my attention.

 

Anyone try this one? Was hella cheap, got it for a camping trip that I won’t care if it breaks in my fridge lol

 

Oh, it's good. Certainly not great, but it's good. Sort of a "Tiger King of Bourbon" story... sort of.
