Bilstein 6112 front / 5100 rear (extended) shocks, Headstrong AAL, Firestone airbags, 4.88 gears, OME Carrier bearing drop kit, Aluminum 1/4" skids (engine to transfer). Custom sliders (1.75" HREW tube w/ 3/16" base plates). Custom front bumper and high clearance rear bumper (1/4" steel plate, 1.75" tube.) Apex 5500 winch w/synthetic line (36lbs) and required accessories for an underpowered winch (snatch blocks and extra line.) Tekonsha P3 brake controller, remote start, any-time-backup camera w/ front facing camera, Leer 100R shell (w/e-track single slot tie-down mounts for removable Yakima EasyTop.) Cat shields by CaliRaised. Husky liners, window tint, heated seat (passenger only.) Relentless bed rail brackets with QuickFists (shovel/axe/fire extinguisher.) Hondo Garage Un-holey vent mount. Anytime rear with front facing camera. Billet front seat risers. Viair 88p. 265/75r16 Goodyear Ultra-terrain tires.
I agree with this approach. I'd use woven fiberglass cloth and west system epoxy resin. If you paint the inside with some rubbery substance then that'll need to come off if you need future repairs. If it's just some sort of paint then it'd be easy to sand off (and probably adds zero structural strength.)

If you are going to line the inside of your fenders then I'd recommend Line-X.

The bed liner adds slightly very slightly to the structural value. But it does protect against cracking and seals the fiberglass. I had mine done and also flares because of rock chips and winters here…. Look up videos of bed liner and cinder blocks, dropping off the heights. Just saying it helps, how much we will never know. I made custom inner fender liners, need to get my mudflaps installed. And there’s a picture of it against my body shop guys $90g trx.

I'm not a fan of the wide body stuff unless the entire truck is repainted afterwards. I have yet to see a wide body setup where the new fenders match the factory paint. It always sticks out to me seeing the 2 different shades of color.

Thanks, I’ve always wanted to do a trophy/Baja style and a divorce and mid life hey I can do what I want lol. Girlfriend says do it you deserve it!!!!
I understand the paint isn’t neither is the fit but I didn’t want to pay 10g for show. I know the body shape makes shades which is deceiving. I almost did carbon fiber and then would have wrapped doors and rockers. Leaving top grey.
I just didn’t have the time with work short staffed and do much overtime. I paid 3g and it was done. I’ve been messing around with inner liners and they are good. I am thinking of doing a factory style forming to utilize the stock mounts. Definitely need something I had dirt dust gravel up in engine bay. 1/16 hpde I believe and I got white only thing I could find 4x8 sheet. Just bed liner them black temporarily. Now I found black so I’ll redo them later.

I have white and amber grill lights not sure what I like best? Also have amber 3/4 round lights for outer wideboy like the raptor and trx. Figuring out the best spot for them.
    Also considering inner fender lights.

True that. I saw this one a few months ago. I surely hope he is going to paint everything. Looks badass though!

This first picture looks like when my cat tried to eat a bee....

Also, I think the wide body on a long bed looks amazing.

Look at McMaster-Carr to see if they have the color you want of HDPE in that thickness.

I found black material from jegs racing. Still a little thicker than factory. But it’s stiff enough so I only need too many bolts. I have mudflaps waiting to go on hopefully wide enough if not I’ll have to order next size up in universal with red writing.
