    Sure, but lifting it will increase the resistance of wind etc.

    Ultragauge..engine scanner. I use mine for not driving like a dumbass and better MPG

    Not sure if that would help your wind resistance, but if for looks and you like it go for it. I use my truck bed too much to make it feasible.
