That is a pain point for sure. Luckily my wife doesn't put a lot of miles on her vehicles. But now that she has this 4runner, I may put miles on it.

Made it home with no issues. I forgot i was even towing anything till i got back into ohio, SHITTY roads.

 

Had the snow tires mounted today. Winter, it's coming soon to a neighborhood near you!

 

Replaced the spherical bearings on my ADS coilovers with a stainless-steel version using the bolt method to pull them out/put them in. Only put 10,000 miles on these and they already started to squeak. Resued the snap rings which in retrospect may not have been the best choice.....

replaced the light stalk with the one that fog light controls. got the relay in the fuse box too. need to get the harness connected and still waiting on the lights themselves.

Installed ome uca's. People said the driver side was easier. I found it to be harder. The passenger side I got done way faster then the driver side but it was my first time doing it. I even bought new bolts just in case i decided to cut them. Had a buddy help me which made it a bit easier.

 

Put a power outlet in the bed (SR here) to run a battery and cooler.

Used this super convenient kit since it came with a pre-loomed/pre-fuser harness.

I wanna see someone help me get the thing into the shop ! Its about 7 feet tall and 1000lbs. Getting it here was part 1. Getting it in place may take some time.

 

Winter is coming to the Midwest, engine block heater installed, will finish up wiring tomorrow.

Made a world of difference in the seating position. My sciatic nerve usually starts going after 1.5 hours and no pain on 3 hours today.
