what did you pay for your 2022 Tacoma?

It’s possible, but the Pros aren’t even available to build until November. All the other dealers in my area tag 10k markups on Pros. I figure I’ll at least stick around until I see how stuff goes in November. I’m not in a huge hurry either way.

 

12 months is little ridiculous, but it could be true, my sales told me a guy ordered lunar rock pro last year Oct, then got the truck end of Aug...solid 10 months waiting

 

I totally understand - Pros are definitely harder to come by but I would just want my dealer to give me a better range than 4-12 months. 4 months isn't too bad cuz like you say they aren't producing them until next month but what if it really is 12 months? Anyhow, good luck and hopefully it gets here in 3 months

 

Thanks man! I’m definitely hoping for closer to 3. The manager said 16-20 weeks, the salesman said “it could be 6-12 months with the chip shortage.” I’m hoping the manager is more correct but not assuming anything lol

I was told 5-6 months. Never had to wait longer than 1 month before. It's gonna be painful.

I was going to the one in Victorville but they wanted to add VPP and Karr Alarm for 2k.... I said to not add them or gave other options to add some other accessories instead. those addendum they are adding are less than $500 in my opinion.

 

Yeah, I got them to give me extra for my trade-in to supplement that.

Longo Toyota in El Monte is known for selling at or below MSRP. I believe they’re one of, if not, the largest Toyota dealers in the region. You can just email their digital sales rep through their website and get pricing confirmation. Feel free to take that to your local dealer and see if they’ll budge, if not, El Monte isn’t so far from Ontario.

 

I've got a '22 TRD OR DCLB in black coming in for $1000 under MSRP, no deposit with a 3 week wait time.

 

I placed a deposit at longo toyota in June for one that they were going to “order” and was still waiting for it. So I kept randomly checking in with crown Toyota until I was able to secure the one I got. Gave crown Toyota the deposit in early October and picked up the truck three weeks later.

 

I had Victor help me out there. I would email the digital sales rep to inquire if they had any incoming TRD OR 4x4 available to reserve and that’s how I connected with him.
