You can read his saga in this thread: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/17501-r-i-p-tacoma.html

The numbers don't seem to align perfectly, but it's not his insurance company "giving" him anything for his truck; it's the drunk driver's insurance company paying mrtrd103 whatever the judge ruled the drunk driver was liable for. You never know what you'll get if the opposing party is not a sympathetic defendant, and since the guy was drunk the judge probably gave mrtrd103 everything he asked for.

    Nonetheless . . . .

It has taken a while but somebody finaly figured it out. :amen: When you are hit by a drunk driver that is caught it is his insurance company that is liable.

I too would like to see the 05 pics but sit back and relax he will post when he posts.

If he doesn't then move on to some other v-8 install. :frusty:

Dude put it this way. Put up or, you know the rest. 50% defending, and the other 1/2 skeptical. Why all the Hype. I would not have post a thread w/this level of clout unless I was prepared to back it with Pics, Vid, Sound clip etc...

I Hope that by COB tomorrow, we have proof, or we have a big RED NO GO stamped on this one. We need to validate our threads, and if cant, no prob come back to play another day...
