Dayum, helluva deal sounds like! Those are older than 2020, right? How many miles? Just curious.

I've done a good amount of research on this and FINALLY picked up a set. I actually did not see that sway bar relocation would be required. I guess I'll find out when I install next week! Worst case, I'll just remove my sway.

I did buy a brake line spacer. It's cheap and avoids any issue (probably not a bad idea to install it regardless).

    Nope, they’re off a 2021 Pro at 5,000 miles and they’re going on a 2021 OR with 2,500 miles.

Thanks, I ordered the brake line spacer and an Icon sway bar relocation to be safe. On all the Fox 2.5 they ship with a sway bar relocation, but I can’t find that they sell the piece individually like Icon does. It is essentially just a hunk of billet aluminum that acts as a spacer where the sway bar mounts to the frame and allows for more clearance around the shock body. I’m waiting to get the brake spacer and sway relocate, about $50 each with shipping, until I do my install.

From videos it looks like the Pro sway bar is designed with greater clearance, and perhaps more heavy duty from the looks of it.

I’ve seen videos and posts with 2.5 shocks where they rubbed on mild articulation without a spacer or even tore off the sway bar under heavy articulation (which I don’t plan to do). Better to be safe than sorry and I don’t think it’ll hurt if not needed.

Got another set just pulled off a 2021 with 8700ish on the clock and swapped suspension. Let me know if anybody is interested. I personally drove the vehicle prior and they are great. There are some minor sticker blemishes which I can get more detailed pictures of but nothing affecting function. No brake line bracket included only what is in photo, I can ship at buyers expense. I am not blessed with a business account sorry.

    Asking $1500 OBO

If someone wants the fronts, I'm only interested in the rears.

When you installed on your TRD Sport, did you have to do swaybar relocation brackets or any other adjustments? Or did they install and work fine as-is?

I didn't need to do a swaybar relocation, and no issues with it rubbing or hitting. If i recall, you would only need it if you are pushing 3" or more. They installed easy as is.

I also did not have the brake cable spacer, but with a 1.5" AAL it doesn't seem to be close to touching the external reservoir.

The rear shocks still perform well with the slight additional lift?

Supposedly, the rear shocks won't overextend if you keep the leafspring lift to an inch or two.

That's why I was wondering, because he said he had a 1.5" AAL..

I carry some weight in the back, so the 1.5" AAL only gave me an inch of lift on leveled ground. Maybe being a long bed factors in with not gaining the full 1.5"

I personally have not had issues with the rears over extending though.

I just installed deavers stage 1 leaf packs (2" lift) and retained the Fox shocks. I would not worry about it. The shocks perform great, even with the extra lift.

I just installed a set on an OR and I did the Icon relocation. I don’t know if it was necessary or not, it is pretty close to the OEM Bilsteins so figured to be better safe than sorry when in articulation situations. I do know that Fox ships the relocation with their 2.5 shocks. So it might not be an issue at all or it might only become an issue when off-roading.
