I think they fit great! With normal socks, a little bit of room. Not too big or small. I think with better moto socks, they will be perfect!

cant beat 4 day shipping from England

Just sold my MT-09, dudes coming to pick it up tomorrow. Bike was okay, just wasnt tickling my pickle like my Ducati did. Gonna stew over the winter and figure out wtf to get next but will be another Ducati of some sort. I miss the twin.
I’ll never get my 848 back after I sold it off and it vanished to AZ (will never forgive myself for that one). Cant touch the ground on the hypers or multis, scrambler was a joke, briefly owned and immediately sold a monster, rode an XDiavel S and loved it but same deal with the reach and general ergonomics. And cant envision myself on a panigale where my 848 was killing my wrists sooo.. it looks like im walkin. I’ll register my ‘78 CT70 and prowl the streets on that hog..

    First world problems right there.

Worked at a bike shop for years and the two brands I’ll never buy are Harley and Suzuki (thats what primarily filled our lifts for repairs). Im 5’3” and can tip toe on most anything, which im used to, but holy shit I cant even get the Hyper or Multi off their kickstands.

I was just cruising Kijiji yesterday looking at CT70’s. There’s 2 for sale here in Calgary, both by the same owner. A blue ‘71 for $1400 with a bunch of non OEM, and missing parts. I’d be well over 2K trying to make it whole. The other is an orange ‘73 non-running for $1700. Appears to be stock, but missing mirrors, signals, chain, side covers, rusted rims, etc. I’ll wait for something better to come along I think. I’ll focus instead on getting the 1984 CR60 out of the Rubbermaid container, into a running bike again. A friend just bought a vapour blaster. Hopefully later this month, I’ll take the parts to him up in Edmonton so he can remove the rattle can paint job applied by the dude in the trailer park that I bought it from.

    Edit to add some pics:

As it should be. How I’d like it to be.

Lol! I can sympathize with the plight of the short rider. I could never throw a leg over my WR without kicking the left rear turn signal. I’m 5’10” in my Forma Adventures though.

For the enduro riders here...or old farts like me that prefer 2-smokers. Going to have a 2019 Beta 200RR for sale soon. Lots of bells and whistles and plans that never panned out for this mountain goat...aka Italian stallion to be more accurate. :D Probably adding to a moto sales site this weekend.

Mods: Think I've been here long enough to mention this. If not, please feel free to delete.

Oh I'd love around $6k or more but also know brand new is around $8500. I'd do $5500. Holla via PM if you'd like to discuss. Demo kind of afternoon for me at 2p CST so may not be back on here for a bit.

Edit: And if you know Beta, '19 is the year we got a much better turn radius. Beleive '20 on bump radiator vs stop.

Love this dang thing but my son never took to riding like I did when I was his age. So plans for Colorado etc never got to happen.
