So looked at the house and it appears to be in great shape. Garage was a little small, but atleast it's there. Yard was awesome and the neighborhood quiet.. Gave the realtor a check and we're going to submit an offer. We'll see, crossing my fingers.

Edit: Just realized last year I kinda bought myself my new truck for Christmas, maybe this year it'll be a house

Oh did they finally crack down on license plates that say "FUCKAH"? Saw that one in town a few months back.

They are even going to review and make you send in the offending plates…

Here's to hoping, but there's already multiple offers on it I just found out. So hopes kinda got dashed a little but. Knew this was gonna be a hot property.

 

Don't give up too much hope. We were competing with five other offers for the one we got.

 

Oh I know, just in the back of my mind. It is a great house, we we're super excited initially. The fact though that I can now afford something in that range now opens more opportunities.

Knowing my luck if this one don't work out, I'll find something when the beater is tore half apart
