Stupid thief. There’s no cats in that whole section of exhaust. Just a bunch of resonators.

What's the point unless you can flex on your instagram buddies? :D

This is Hong Kong so it's probably on its way to be "reverse engineered" or scrapped and turned into some component of cut rate consumer electronics.

Look how clean running marvels mystery oil is getting the inside of this old abused motor. I have only driven it a couple of times and let it idol a few. Oh, and @Nitori , I finally got that broken bolt out of the head.

Today is a good fucking day.

[IMG]Alucab Canopy Camper Installed by Michael Rickerd, on Flickr

@prise is a stand up guy by the way. Incredibly helpful and thoughtful. He made it ridiculously easy to pay him for his help. Wouldn't hesitate to count on him again.

20.2 mpg unloaded, on the way down, at 85 mph (was excited to get there)

This pig is heavy, truck is squatted around one inch.

19.7 mpg on the way back up, at 60 mph average.

    Just an observation.

Now to spend the rest of the day finishing the install!

    Nice man,!!!

Once you get it setup and rear springs on you will barely notice it, even doing some technical offroad.

Stuff that costs more than my wife thinks.
Are we just going to ignore the world's fastest "it's here" to install turnaround, maybe ever?

Glad you didn't get a speeding ticket on the way! I don't think I could have gotten that crate open that fast!

In all seriousness, looks great. Congrats!

    Thank you.

Custom Alcan +2" and +1300 lb rear leafs are in the garage already. Radflo 2.5" extended travel with RR are also ready.

Front coilovers aren't ready yet, or else it would be lifted by now!

Everything I have is sitting right at 520 lb. If you fully kit it out with all of their options you are up to 550. Full empty (just the camper) is 440.

Shit, even at 85 on the 51 I was still getting passed!

Haha, very efficient. Asked a lot of questions prior to delivery so I knew exactly what to do to get it on to the truck.
