Ordered in May, received this week. Knocked out the install today… totally worth the wait, it is exactly what I was looking for.

I got mine a few weeks ago and finished my install last night (I’m slow and lazy).

It looks great. I think I want to trim a little more off the bumper. It’s very tight even having taken off slightly more than was recommended (I assume I just did a bad job measuring both times). Works well but I can hear it rub sometimes when flexing.

I went with a Badland Apex 12k winch. I had read a few people say they could fit it without relocation and by only trimming the cross brace a little but I had to completely relocate (or remove the cross brace entirely).

I also opted to not cut the inner fender liners. While they’re still somewhat visible they actually fit very very well after some light massaging.

(Sorry for the messy garage )

I just followed their You Tube video. I did need to hack that cross bar that runs right above the Winch control box. I just took about 3/4” off with the same Dremel cutoff wheel I used for the plastic. Also, there is really no direction on the wheel well liner. I ended up cutting, assessing, cutting some more, assessing until it looked right. I drilled a hole and zip tied the bottom of them to a hole on a frame mount.

It's hard to speak on what our distributors are willing to extend, but we do extend a cushion to them so they can offer the 20%. I am NEVER for robbing a dealer out of a sale, so reach out to them and see if they will do the 20%, if they won't report them to me, and use our website. But please, if you have a local dealer in your town, KEEP IT LOCAL!

And make no mistake, we make more when you go through us. I just want people to support their communities if they're interested in that.

So I've scoured TW threads all morning and the general consensus is that the @CaliRaisedLed lower bumper hidden light bar brackets are not compatible with the @SouthernStyleOffRoad slimline bumper. I found 1 guy who posted he got it to work (and many said they do not fit) but it was not really clear which brackets he was using. I understand the fact there will be possible clearance issues with a winch and the hidden bumper light bar but can anyone confirm the @CaliRaisedLed brackets will physically fit with the bumper, ignoring winch clearance? The picture on the SSO site shows a hidden bumper light installed. Anyone know what brackets are used?

    All the things!
I could be wrong... but I believe it's due to the thickness of the plate that SSO uses to mount the bumper to the frame horns. The studs on the frame horns are not long enough to fit the SSO bumper AND the light bar bracket. At least, that's how I understood it. This is also why the BAMF bumper reinforcement bracket won't fit.

I can't be sure either. Pictures I've seen look like the studs are plenty long when the bumper is installed. Everyone that says it doesn't fit won't elaborate on why it doesn't fit.
I ordered my SSO slimline bumper without the lightbar cutout because I already have a 30 inch with the Caliraised brackets. If I can't use my existing light bar setup, I may need to see if I can modify my order to include the cutout in the bumper.

NBD! (new bumper day) Stoked to get this set-up. Looks great and feels tough. Leaning towards fitting with a Sherpa 9.k winch. Undecided on wether to powder coat or Line-x...

Sadly install is going to have to wait until after I get back from deployment (Something to look forward to)

Fabrication to Shipped was 4 or 5 weeks. Overall, despite unforeseeable RONA and weather related disruption mine was still shipped within the estimated timeframe.
