Rivian is NOT Nikola. Rivian is backed by Amazon and already has a fleet of amazon trucks. Etrade notified me of the IPO so I imagine it will be open thursday or firday.

That's been the funniest part of this whole thing. That video surfaced a while back of Cramer going "When I was at my hedge fund, basically we did illegal shit" and ever since Mememania started he's been all "They're honest and above board! It's fine!"

I admit I'm a wee bit skeptical.

It's all one big boys club. What needs to happen is something needs to get the boys fighting each other. Only thing that will do that is prosecution for naked shorting. Then you'd see a shit ton of margin calls and forced covering. Since that's more then likely too have very adverse consequences for the markets the markets governing body has very little incentive to enforce said rule. In short, shits always been this way and will always be this way. lol
