Big panels cut in by noon time! Time for the short walls.

Well, all the other panels together took as much time as the darn door, which I still have to adjust. But, I have to adjust the thing every winter anyway. Was really hoping to put the shelves back in, but there is more time. Nothing below 40*s for the coming week anyway. I was surprised that once the walls started going in place, the temp came down to where the fans were not running. Given that, I was going to cut the panels to vent for the screen sides, but I am going to monitor temps before I do that.

Pretty quiet in there! I have a 10 mil clear tarp to cover the roof for hard freezes - if we have one. Otherwise, this is the winter prep - less the radiator heater going in.

So what is your problem? If you don't want to think my story is what it is, fine. It's no skin off my back. I gave you the name of the sub, the date, and the coordinates which is what you asked for. How deep do you want to dig that hole?

My problem with your “story” is just that. It is a story that has no basis in fact. Just take a random incident and cook up an interesting conspiracy. The secrecy of the recovery effort itself helps sell any fiction that hits the street, so nothing on you, as I’m sure that the story has achieved some believability thanks to Red October, particularly as we are always ready and eager to believe anything about Russia.

And you know this? Or did Alex Jones tell you what to believe?

You are calling me a liar with no clue what you are talking about. What does that make you?

    Just cause this thread rambles

I went ice skating today. 10:30 till noon, adult skate, oldsters skate free.

At 70 yoa, I felt like a kid. (a bit wobbly however.)

I went last Tuesday also. 'skated for 1/2 hour, it took three days to get my legs back ;-)
Brought my Bauer Supremes in for a resharp.

Today I skated for an hour. I'm going again tomorrow.... if I can walk ;-)

Don't get your panties in a twist, I didn't call you a liar, and wouldn't without proof positive.
I did suggest that apparently, you're vulnerable to believing conspiracy theories.

...And no, Alex Jones doesn't tell me diddly squatt. I'm basically skeptical of any story promoted that lacks documentation. You may have listened to somebody with "an inside track"?

Which reminds me, I had an acquaintance once who claimed to have been a CIA agent, and knew exactly where Saddam hid his WMDs. He was emphatic, and had proof, but he was being followed and couldn't risk blah, blah, blah... :der:

Back to Alex Jones and his ilk, my oldest son and my best friend are both followers. It saddens me, but then, they're hoping that one day I'll see things as they do.

I used to skate and rollerblades a lot. I really liked rollerblading in the warmer months. Then I had a recuring back problem, it finally went out and I lost the use of my leg, herniated disc. So I had to have a surgery to repair it, when I woke up I had the use of my leg again. But it took time to heal and about a year later when I felt confident enough to lace up the skates I found that I had absolutely no balance on them at all. I took em off and never put them back on. For me it wasnt worth falling and injuring myself again. So I stick with bicycles now. But I have fond memories of skating.

HAPPY Surprise! My Leer topper is in. Scheduled for installation Thursday the 4th. I'll post some pics. Then I'll be trying to figure out what to do with my OEM hard tri-fold. That thing is heavy! for an old, out of shape guy.

It's amazing how much heavier things have gotten.
Your post reminded me I wanted to check on my shocks order - from April. I was told 7-8 month, so I've been very patient! Emailed yesterday, and got an answer real quick. Rears are done, fronts await the springs, and the springs currently have no ETA. I've gone from Covid to supply issues!

:pccoffee: Good Morning Porch! Looks like a take it easy day of 55* cold rain. That's OK, I got my knee in a brace because I yanked something I guess. Just a trip to the store, and fireplace research I guess.

    Have a good one!

Well I can relate the information to you but I can't force you to believe facts. Or to see it as something you can withhold a conclusion about until you know enough to make an intelligent decision.

I'm as skeptical of conspiracies as anyone reasonable. They do exist, but all are not legitimate. If the FBI had believed there was a conspiracy when 20 Saudi's were taking flight lessons to fly large commercial aircraft they might have stopped 9/11. Believing conspiracies don't exist is as bad as believing all of them are legitimate. It's just the flip side of the same coin. Calling my information a conspiracy theory is ignorance, nothing more.

    So let's drop it.

Mornin' Porch People... Have some fun today.

    Thank you! 61 years young.
I haven't been on here much for I'm taking care of my Mom and getting trails ready for the snowmobile season. Soon will be braapping along and hoping to take her on her first snowmobile ride at 87 years old.
    Hope all are doing well.

Took forever to find this post, but I said I'd look, and I did. If you are interested in a locking roll up at all, this is the neatest one I have personally seen. My neighbor loves it, and his wife can roll it up easily. Can't believe how small the storage is, because it it metal all through.

TY. I will look into this later on today. Cleaned the griddle and the EX6 this morning. Looking to smoke some chicken wings and a small 1/2 height meatloaf this afternoon. I will take ome pix of the meatloaf and post them. I freeze the meatloaf and smoke it frozen.

    Afternoon all:
    A belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY Judy!

:pout:Saw two doe with a nice buck trailing them yesterday, the sucker spotted me and made a quick exit, no chance for a shot! :(
:spending:Just ordered oil @ $2.999 a gal., figured as soon as I can order 150 gal or more I better get it before it really jumps in price. The place I order from has a 150 gal. minimum and an extra $25 delivery fee if the minimum isn't met, then it's time to turn the thermostat down and fire up the coal stove to keep me toasty! :)

Have you never heard of ROLL-N-LOCK ???

I had one on my 2007, my 2012, and currently on my 2019. Not cheap, but a great product and tough as nails !!

I'm not looking, was checking on what my neighbor had for Tom - he was looking for a tri-fold, but I thought my neighbor's was snazzy enough to warrant a look. I have a fabric roll up that's just fine. And with the Dekked I added, I can't have a box down underneath anyway.

Good morning Porchies!! Cold weather has arrived here in northeast PA. Yesterday morning it was 28 when I woke up - first frost of the year. This morning it's 25. Brrr.

We went out to spend our normal 15 minutes in the hot tub at 6:30 AM yesterday - saw a truck sitting on the road by the bridge they are replacing by the house. Within a few minutes 2 more arrived. The work crew was there all day digging the diversion trench to re-route the stream from under the bridge while they replace it. Worked until a little after 5 PM when they left.

Today we winterize the bee hives and pull off the mite treatment strips. Hopefully we'll have a hive or two that will survive the winter.

    Be safe out there!!!
