How does seemingly every.single.thread on TW get derailed in some nonsensical bullshit on the first page.

There's like a 1000 page thread called 3rd gen hood swappin. I'm pretty sure none of those dudes have a salvage truck. Calm down nancy.

At any rate, if someone wants to buy a cement non-scoop hood off of my 2020, I will take $250 OBO. It is located in the Dallas area and is in awesome shape!

To be fair, my GF is only at my place on the weekends. And my Coffee Table is made out of the engine block from an old Ford Falcon I used to own (the Con Rods and Pistons are the legs, it's painted and I had a glass top made for it) so the first time she walked in my door she knew what she was in for LOL!

That said, the VW hood which I mentioned is only inside because it's in great shape and I'm afraid that it would get damaged in my garage or shed. I have a classified ad up for it right now and if it doesn't sell it's going to be moving to the back of a closet or under a bed for a while.

if youre gonna just offload this taco when the new lineup shows up then i wouldnt even hassle with buying a new hood. i could see if it was gonna be a long term keep. just me though.

    A few.
It can be hard to sell one of the nonscooped hoods. U practically have to give them away. If ur having a bodyshop paint the new hood you could ask them if they would be interested in the old hood

I've come to conclusion that I'm pretty much keeping this hood and will just have be more mindful of what I want on my next.

Following that page, couldn't post my question there since I only have 28 posts. Nor Cal offerings are pretty slim too.
