Do I need to add drop spindles, LCA and bracket?

Few weeks back I installed a 3 inch lift kit with shocks, struts and AAL. Decided to go ahead and purchase The Total Chaos UCA's to help with the articulation. The problem is, a shop I went to, in an attempt to have them installed before a big road trip won't do the installation evacuees he's saying it'll be all messed up if I don't install drop spindles, a new compatible LCA and brackets that mount to the bottom to bring everything to spec. Is this fact or fiction? I've seen 100's of posts and videos about installation of UCAs and nobody ever mentions any of the above items as being necessary just to do UCAs

UCA won’t help with articulation. They pretty much have additional caster baked in to help with alignments from lifting.

That said a drop bracket lift won’t get you more articulation either and you don’t need to install a DB lift if you have adjustable struts and coilovers.

You can install the UCA without needing anything the shop is saying.

Meant to say provide a better alignment, my bad. But nonetheless, I should be good to just find a different shop that'd be willing to throw my UCAs on so I can get it aligned to a better shape than it's in with the stock UCAs?

Yup exactly. What’s your specific setup now?

I went cheap (first time lifting) got the rough country 3 inch. I ditched the block and went with the ARB AAL's. Been thinking about getting the bilstein 5100 for the front end to accompany the total chaos. Gotta get my setup alittoe more fine tuned before I hit them colorado trails
