Installed drivers grab handle today from KTJO4x4. Read numerous negative reviews and purchased it while highly skeptical, but received in 2 weeks with no problems. If you purchase, go ahead and buy the M6-1.0 clip from parts store as the wimpy one they supply will likely break. Getting the two bolts started was a small challenge, but once started turned out fine. Just as solid as stock passenger side and color match spot on.20211103_121756.jpg 20211103_121750.jpg

Ive never understood these, shouldn't the driver have both hands on the wheel when off-roading? Or is it just for vertically challenged folks to get into the truck?

Glad the purchase and installation went well for you. It didn't for many others so we will add you to the plus column :) While I think it would be nice to have, for me SRS stands for Stop Removing Shit and I won't touch anything covering an airbag. I'm way too risk adverse because experience has told me if it can be f*cked up I will likely do it.

I really miss this handle as I had one on my '03. It was kinda helpful when getting into the truck..

What are the standard issues on installs that don't go well?

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
I have concerns about insurance, being in a serious accident, and having the adjuster notice the air bsg system has been mucked with.

no, because if you hold onto just the wheel in really rough terrain you're going to move the steering wheel in an unintended direction.

Id be interested in them if they were from a bigger company that had some airbag testing behind the product.
