I installed the Apogee rear bumper about two weeks ago. Both my BSM and backup sensors work just like the OEM ones do.

That’s good feedback. How long did it take for you to get the bumper? On their site it says nothing will be shipped until 2022.

It took about 8 weeks but I ordered it in March (2021).

Happy to own a steel bumper. Even happier not having that BS technology on my Truck!

I’m not sure. I just saw on their website as well but this time it doesn’t say it’s BSM compatible. From the looks of the pics, it seems like it may work. I would call them if I was you. I’ve been promised that I will have my 4wp rear bumper by this week so if that doesn’t happen I may go this route but I’ll call them first. It was late when I found their website but here for your reference:

backwards thinking . It’s called Safety first . MHO is you can never have enough safety equipment or device . The more the better .

Yes I’d rather a steel bumber , not over safety tho . I’ll stick to my plastic bumper .

The counterargument to that is that reliance on safety technology makes us forgo the needed "over the shoulder" checks, and makes us less safe
