3rd Gen -Rear Defrost Solutions

Curious as this morning I had to dig out my ice scraper on my new 2021, has anyone come up with a rear window defroster solution they wish to share...

It would be nice if they came with one... My back window gets pretty frosty in the winter.

On a funny side note. When I first got the truck I thought the heated mirrors button was for the rear window... It does kinda look like the rear window IMO. I would run that thing forever and get pissed the rear window was still ice lol. Mirrors looked great tho!

 

I agree with both of you guys. Toyota should have an available plug and go rear defogger that works off the mirror buttons like they did on my Venza or have standard on new Tacos in the future especially in Northern parts where there are cold winters.

maybe ill need a left and right defrost lol...

 

Try turning the defrost on and use the max a/c

 

No problem with my access cab.

 

It does automatically on defrost.
