Got the Maxxis installed today. Too soon for a performance review. They look great in person. Techs at Discount Tire were impressed that none of the tire/wheels required any weights to balance out.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
How did it feel driving home? Was it a smooth ride?

I bet these would work well in the snow or slippery conditions.

Butter. Mine are the SL variant though. Might be too little beef for some folks, but right up my alley of use.

I got e load on my Runner and it’s too much. Weight and stiffness wise. Looking to replace them.

Yea I would think a SL tire for your runner would be ideal. Any time you’re gonna tow or wheel you’ll likely be in a different rig.
Get that blue beauty a cushy ride.

    Dang. That DOES look good!

    So about that performance review....

There are some folks headed up to Musterground this weekend. I could potentially be convinced to go.

Sounds fun. I’ve been on 6 day work weeks every other week basically since the Vid began. Ergo, I work tomorrow and Sunday is fam day.

Sorry to hear about your upcoming unplanned sick day. Even if you don't do the trail, you need more mental health time than that.

Pretty sure I passed this rig on my way up to big frog Friday. Maybe right before I got to the blue ridge area?
