I asked mine and was given a no.
There is a pdf of the proper procedure floating around… the pdfs/install instructions always list part numbers at the beginning

Effing forklift was too tall for the garage. So, tomorrow we use a skid steer to work the hammer to its final resting place.

Picture 1-3 happen July 5, 2021 and left a hole in my heart. When I found out the insurance was totaling it, the body shop guy said "If it ain't screwed down, take it... and if it is screwed down try to take it anyway." I'm glad I did. Picture 4-8 are of my the new boy that I preference requested on July 26th, and it arrived on Nov 2nd. It's 2 trims up (and 2020 up to 2022) from the one I lost (otherwise identical). I saved the Predator tube steps, all-weather mats, and the rubber bed mat from my previous. I switched out the carpet mats with the all-weather and put the bed mat in (the new one didn't come with it). I will think of them as mementos from the truck that's life was to short. RIP Gossamer-the-truck! Me and Gossamer-2.0 will never forget you!

Im glad that you have everything settled. I bought my MT truck from first team as well. They didnt hike up the price they stayed true to at least the sticker. We need to do a Tidewater VIRGINIA get together!

The Blue Sea packaging has a template. I traced it with a pencil on to the front of the cubby door, drilled a pilot hole and freehanded it with a cordless jig saw. The power panel has a gasket and the lip overlaps the actual opening so it doesn't matter if you're not super precise.

The cubby has a bunch (like 6 or 9) of slots for ventilation/draining and the front three are used for the prongs from the door to drop down into.. I had to trim about 1/4" off one of the prongs to make room for the wiring to come through. I globbed some black silicone on the bottom slots to keep water/road grime out of there and will try to seal up the top ones with some butyl tape depending on how the latch prongs interact.

Cut out the inner part and the panel overlaps it, super easy

I actually find that water on the window deflectors also drips into my door panels with window down right after it rains. I just like it because I can leave the windows cracked when parked. I have the Good Year band
