That sucks man remember when we adopted a Italian greyhound miniature he was blind and severely abused. He was one of the best dogs I have ever had, he slept with me every night under the blankets he would get so hot lol

He used to freak when he heard a door, he thought we were going to leave him in there.....

He died 6 months after we got him, I cried a lot over that dog writing this is bringing tears to my eyes. That dog was like a angel so loving, wouldnt hurt a fly....

God I miss that dog, I shouldnt have wrote this.....

    That would be rough.

This dog, Emma, was the most ANNOYING dog ever. Would not stop barking. But she had the greatest personality. I mean, couldnt ask for anymore. As long as she wasnt barking.

But it was no life, I had to take her in, mom couldnt do it. And im sitting in there, freakin ballin like a little baby. Guess I didnt hate that dog as much as I thought.

Ive also got a Chihuahua, now if anything happens to her. There is NO way, i could take her even in. I would need a friend to. This dog is the best dog ever

sorry to hear Chris. It always sucks having to put down a pet. Just know that they are in a better place and are no longer in pain. You will meet back up with them soon enough.

I had to put my cat of 17 years down over the summer. That had me tore up pretty bad for a while. Still think about her every day. Just gotta tell myself she is happy and not sick anymore.

    Keep your head up man.

sorry to hear that. i had to put down my lab/mastiff mix early last year. he was sick from the day we adopted him at 8 weeks. had such bad food allergies that he was in constant discomfort. when he was 4 his liver and kidneys finally quit from all of his medication. that was the hardest thing i ever had to do. still miss him every day.

Those stories are so sad. When my families germ shep/chow/lab Angus the Great died, we had a funeral service and everyone was crying so hard. we all have a lot of dogs now, and i think it is because we have never gotten over him and we are trying to fill the void he left. we now donate to the animal shelter where we got him.

I'm really sorry to hear this, putting a dog down is the hardest decision to make. But you did the right thing in ending his suffering. Best wishes to you and your family.

Wheeling in the snow is completely different. It was slicker than snot, even riding the quads was a bit of a challange at times.
Heres my new treads. They are crappy cell phone pics but you can atleast see them. Ill get more pics when I get batteries for my camera. I'm really happy I went ahead and got these. I've never had Cooper tires before but hear many great things about them. I'm really impress with how good they look on my truck and the depth of the tread. I think they are just aggressive enough for what I need without killing my MPG. And for what I paid I couldn't turn them down. CL FTMFW!!!

Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
My condolences...always hard to part with a pet.

A coworker of mine got those same tires this past fall...he's very pleased with them thus far.

^ Honestly I wouldn't have ever bought these tires if I had to pay full price. I was looking for something with a more aggressive tread. I'm really happy with how good they look. I went from a 65 series to a 70 series and didn't think I would notice the difference, but it looks great! It might just be me, but I feel like I sit higher/higher ride. I really couldn't be happier, new tires and I didn't break the bank, score!

    2006 Corvette Z51 M6. Best mod ever!
The 70 series will be a taller tire and with that higher side wall it will give you a smoother ride. It is not in your head!

exactly, my wife never notices any changes that i make to the vehicles. yet the first thing she asked when she rode in the tacoma after the new tires were installed was if i had put them on the truck. it surprised me that she noticed the better ride that quickly. makes me wonder why toyota doesn't put 235s on the 5lug. i know it's for MPG rating, but from my calculations it's a negligible change for a great overall improvement.

went on for my 45k on saturday to the dealership and my butt is still raw.

my question is where can i take old fluids to disposed of properly?

i have looked and can not find a definitive answer. after this last go round i am going to be doing my own changes from now on and only going in when i absolutely need to. i am still trying to figure out why it was over $200 and took 3 hours for something that i could do in under an hour blindfolded.
