When I skinned and quartered Cole's deer Monday I put it on ice in a cooler. I had to carry it to a different processor yesterday cause the one we usually use took some sort of shot and had a reaction and had seizures, fell out of bed and broke his arm in 3 places and messed his back and shoulder up so he's out of commission for a while. I hate it for him, he's a USDA meat inspector and does processing on the side.

The one I carried it to called me a little later yesterday and was de-boning it and said he found a rifle bullet in his shoulder from last year cause the meat had grown around it. I ask him to save it so I can give it to Cole.
