The honda sprayers are the better option, they are adjustable.

I think I might win a prize for the cheapest, jerry-rigged mod of all time, but it works until I can do a more "professional" job. Tired of the constant knocking and clacking of my key fob banging on the lower plastic dash, so I made a bumper. BTW, I searched for a Key Fob "condom" but couldn't find one for this style. Might try coating it in Plasti-dip to see if that helps too:

At first glance I thought you cut a jagged piece out of your dash lol

Yup. Looks pretty ugly and I'm a little ashamed as I'm pretty anal about the stuff I put on my trucks. Anyhow, it's hidden pretty well until I find something better. Function over form for now!

While cleaning your TB, be sure to remove the top plate and clean the pass thru Holes in there too

Wonder why my engine doesn't have one? Did they stop putting them on the 5VZ-FE at some point and why? Simply not needed? Anyway, I'll remove the top plate and clean. I see a little gasket there that I don't have a replacement for so I'll have to take it easy.

Different design of TB starting sometime in 2003.
I replaced the 4 jis screws with Allen head screws from HD, makes it’s easier when removing them

03-04 got an electronic controlled TB(fly by wire) vs a mechanical one. There is still a cable on them for "back up" but its electronic otherwise. Also why you don't have or need a CC module on the passenger side of the engine bay.

The plastic cover on my wires cracked all to hell so it's Tesa tape and maybe a wire loom for me.

Made a little progress on the passenger's side valve cover as well.

I have a magnetic quick release on my keychain since I don't like to have a bunch of weight on the ignition. Once disconnected, the magnet attached to the Toyota key can stick to the metal of the ignition and you're rattle free.

I'm the same way. Single key for ignition, especially when wheeling. Prevents the constant "jingle" of keys. Also, that weight (although seemingly small) can easily wear out the ignition as it's bouncing around.

Good idea and I’ll check into that. Like the bottle opener too!

I feel like that's a good way to loose your other keys imo

Other keys stay in my pocket or go in the cup holder and the strong magnet links them back up whenever they're anywhere near each other. YMMV

My other keys would stay on my carabiner attached to my belt. My only concern would be the magnet strength and knocking the Taco key off accidentally as I’m not too stable some days…
