I friggin' love mint ice cream though.

New colours are always polarizing. The Blue Crush Metallic and Lime Rush threads have the same detractors.

LR was the best until Blue Crush was announced. I almost regret LR. Almost. Ha. I think both are, by far, the nicest colours currently offered.

 

my wife would prob love blue crush since she's a major UK basketball fan. lime rush just reminds me of mountain dew and monster logos lol

 

Yeah I didn't like the color until I saw it in person. The pictures made it look like a sage / mint. It looks really good with black.

 

Yeah. Mine came with the blacked out badges and stuff and it looks really good that way

 

"Cemint" is a funny, but accurate description.

I agree it looks best contrasted against black highlights (fender flares, chrome delete accessories, tube steps or rock sliders, etc.). Definitely gives it an aggressive edge.

 

I'm curious to see how it looks on the Sport with the matched flares.

I'm not a big fan of it on the Tundra or 4Runner.

From the pics I've seen online, the LR on the Sport is maybe a bit too much LR.

 

Yeah, I also thought Sport Cement, Desert Sand were a little too flat. With flat colors like that, you need some contrast.

 

Anyone out there have a LR with a wrapped roof? I'm getting an rci roof rack and want to wrap the roof since it'll be harder to wash and also to prevent any damage from things falling through or also the airdam rubber from possibly rubbing at any point.

I'm in between using gloss black, regular clear or satin clear xpel. Wanted to see what people might have put there on their LRs.

 

I'd go with black, personally.

2022 lunar rock OR premium.

May be the first one in Canada to get it but I’m not sure!

Still grumbling over the lack of LED headlights north of the border. Pretty sad a 2022 comes with halogens. Especially with the price tag.

 

i feel the same way with halogens. My tundra has LED’s and it’s an old design truck.

where are you located?

 

Finally finding allocations at dealerships for Lunar Rock in Off-Road! \o/

I'll say the OR Premium seems super rare. Congrats on getting one. Personally I could take or leave the moonroof but was hoping to get the adv tech package with the sonar and 360 cameras that comes in the premium.

Any existing owners have thoughts on that? Trying to decide on holding out for premium, or if it's not worth it and I could try and do some of this aftermarket instead.

 

That's a good looking truck. Toyota should have went ahead and started using the solid gray OR wheels, those would look nice on LR.

I still don't know why Toyota does not offer the LED lamps in CA. Ford offers LED headlights on the Ranger.

 

In Canada you need to get the premium to get lunar rock.

besides NL, I couldn’t be further from you. Hopefully they start showing up here soon on the east coast.
