There looks to be quite a range in price for OEM part but I'd say $150 looked in the ballpark. I think the only thing else I could think of would be a new seal given the axle would be out. Oh, gear oil to top it up.
New seal wouldn't even be a must....unless it was already leaking. Easy and cheap to do though.

Well got my lease. I checked the game cameras. Found out my buddy slept through a doe being at his feeder first thing in the morning...

Somebody educate me please. I’ll even furnish the crayons…
Here in NM, almost everything outside city limits is public land and can be hunted on. So when you talk about a hunting lease, how does that work? That means you have to lease land to hunt on? Or…?

Yes that's correct. There is very little public land in Texas to hint on. Any public lands that allow hunting are heavily regulated and typically crowded.

So for example, I pay a landowner $900 a year, ( which is cheap in Texas) for the privilege of hunting on his land. Most leases have imposed game management rules and certain limits that are stricter than the hunting licence. I am Iucky in the sense that there only 2 people on 106 acres. We have a small 10 x 14 cabin provided. I have year round access with no extra limitations on harvesting animals.

My current view would make you shudder. This lease I'm on is really set up for bow hunting. Can't get a respectable long shot in. At most 75 yards.

Okay, thanks for the info. I’m not sure why we have so much public land. I’m gonna research that.

Trip report: Great time, saw a lot of sites. Found a sweet campground. Just over halfway through the 130 miles, when my buddy pulled a @Hobbs and got a flat tire. He only had 1 spare so we called it. Thankfully we were right next to a paved road when it happened.

Any good? Our brewery nearby has a tripel that's pretty decent. It's not something I'd normally drink so I don't really have anything to compare it to.

I agree, but that could be because I narrate for Jean Luc and he's an asshole

Birds are second in line. The starlings have returned and are already creeping it up outside. Had at least 3 run into the windows today. Horrible things!
