Yeah, I voted cats and birds. Even though I have cats and all, they or some of them can be moody.
About hunting lease, for example one former coworker has a couple of attorneys from NY that pay somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 grand to hunt his property every year. There is some decent public ground with some very good deer but a person almost needs to take up bow hunting to do any good on that. Every swinging dick from the city be on there opening day of rifle season. They scare me.

So, after an exhausting 10 minutes of research, I’ve determined that a few factors are responsible for the large amount of public land in NM.
Back in the homesteading days, farmers jumped on all the fertile land along the Rio Grande river valley, which consequently, became the locations of our largest cities. Albuquerque, Socorro and Las Cruces. While the mountains, deserts and plains were only good for grazing. Since grazing was free, ranchers only homesteaded or bought the areas where the actual buildings were. And strategic watering holes. So, apparently that’s why.

The axel end is really loose and it’s loose in the middle. No leaks that I could tell

No they go in pretty easily. I just shoved it in by hand and to get it removed used a small pry-bar.
Or you talking about the seal? I made (turned) a piece of aluminum for driving the seal in. Tap tap tap with a hammer. Pulled old seal with tool.
There's a good video to give a basic idea what's involved. I'll see if I can find the one I liked.
My wife did a majority of the work:anonymous: I just supervised. Besides having a extra set of hands.

@StayinStock I finally found something Hey Dudes are NOT good at. Camping. Stepped on some cactus and it went right through my foot. SOB. Then as I'm pulling it out of my foot and shoe, the cactus leaves 50 little needles in my fingers.

    :annoyed:

So, I used to date a girl who was so ugly…

    *HOW UGLY WAS SHE?*

She was so ugly, she was a two-bagger. That’s where you put a bag over your own head in case the bag over her head breaks.
