I don’t know why people don’t assemble themselves, it’s really not that hard to do. If anyone wants them locally here I can press them for you, front or rears.

Kevin is a good guy so not sure what the hold up was there, not making up excuses for him but hope it all works out that you get your money back.

I've heard that before, hence the attempt to purchase from him. Since I used a credit card I'm pretty sure I'll get the money back, just not happy that I had to it that way. When we messaged back in February and he mentioned that it's his side gig, we agreed that he doesn't do Amazon 2nd day deliveries. That being said... two and a half months since the order, and one and a half without a reply to a few emails and a fb message (how we communicated in Feb) isn't cool in my book.

Regrettably I don't have means to do it by myself. If I'd live closer to you, I would definitely took you up on your offer

I understand, I know distance definitely plays a factor, maybe there's someone up closer to you that could press them in. If you re-use the stock hub you can save yourself about $30 an assembly.

the second gen wheels and tires are worthless seems the 3rd gen wheels are worth more

Damn. Haven’t ordered from Kevin in a long while but when I did order from him i got the hub in a few days like he had it on the shelf. I used to know where he lives no clue where hes at now but I have his cell number and as of 6 months ago its still a good number if you want that.

    LUL

 I’d just go to his house and make it myself at that point. Self service free parts

Appreciate the offer, but there's no need for me to try to hunt him down. If he gave a shit, he'd reply to fb message or email. Or, here's a thought, send me the hubs, lol

Anybody interested in some roof rail moldings? Mine have been sitting for a while, make an offer.

Also have pretty much brand new 2nd gen floor carpets front/back.

OEM 2nd gen Tailgate Handle (Black)?

Nothing juicy, but just trying to get rid of these things that have been sitting around if anyone's interested or needs em.

Your right, I shouldn’t generalize… my extent of meeting long islanders was confined to rich catholic school guys from uniondale. Was unpleasant to say the least

Damn that sucks. I bought a set of hubs for my brother in laws Tacoma in March of 2019. I texted him, PayPal’d him, and he delivered them to my BIL’s front porch a couple days later.
Kevin has always been a good dude to me. I’m sorry for anyone that’s experienced otherwise. Idk what his deal is.

You see, those are the stories want/like to hear hear about local merchants!!

I don't know what's up with him and if he's still running this business... Exactly the reason I asked if anyone knew anything about him, like maybe a month ago (weeks before I filed a claim with cc).

I received a refund this week, so it's fine. Just wish I would not have to go about it this way, that's all.

I just got my 91 back Friday from The 4X4 Place (the4x4place.com) in Lake Hopatcong. Installed ECGS thirds, I went Yukon 5.29's with a Grizzly in the rear and Truetrac up front and bolted on Toyo 37's. They also installed the 5" lift.
