    Good morning peeps! My local weather is giving a tiny break in the temps for the next 2 days, then back into the freezer. I'm going to start ripping out the dash in the 4runner and finally get the heater core done.

    Does anyone watch the Cerro Gordo YT series? ( Ghost town living?) It was amazing to watch the process of refining the 120 lbs of Galena into 3 troy ozs of high grade silver.

    Fry it! I acquire the cheapest bird I can for frying and a bit of injection and the frying oil, and I have never had a bad one. Now, baking,,, most definitely need to go after a quality bird.

    Im assuming that theyve already purchased the birds and have them in freezer storage somewhere. I usually wait until week of to get the bird as i have no where to store him frozen so as soon as he's home he's thawing
    If i have to get him early to avoid missing out i guess i can squeeze him into the camper fridge and just set the temp really low to keep him frozen
