Multiple write ups that are very detailed. There are basic instructions to walk you through the rough steps.

If your "install shop" is asking for detailed instructions to know where to install the lower mounts, find another installation source. Every truck is different, every spring pack is different and even the shocks can be slightly different.

The installation REQUIRES you to cycle the suspension to figure out exactly where to mount the lower tabs. If you aren't going to do that, or your shop isn't, then you are truly wasting your money and time to just get something put on your truck...

I know this post might not make me any friends, but it is the truth. If you aren't going to take the time and effort to install properly, or the shop you are paying to do the work isn't, there are many other shiny things to spend your money on instead. As you can actually do more harm than good if you don't have it installed properly.

I get where you are coming from but I don’t live near Cali / Colorado or any big cities that have shops that’s have done this type of work . Just figure there where some reference points I could use to get close then make sure the suspension functions correctly . I’ve not found any right ups with the 2.0 relocation kits

I don't either, I live on the other side of the same state you are in, but I am running this relocation kit. I only suggest that if you are going to invest in the kit and the expensive shocks plus the added cost of a shop doing theinstallation, make sure the proper steps are taken to install it correctly. If that cannot be done, perhaps it is better to go a different route.

Just trying to prevent something bad from happening to you or your truck... or just having it installed incorrectly and instantly blowing out brand new shocks.

Situate them so the shocks are angled approximately 10* forward

That for me was a little too much. I ended up with about 3°. Its a conpletely custom kit so you could mount them anyway you choose.

And @ARCHIVE axle wrap is conpletely gone now

I dont but I ended up with 3 degrees at the bottom of the axle tab. Like I said though those were my measurements. Yours might differ.

Looks good, thank you for posting pics. I do recommend the reservoir be mounted to back of tower like in post #1. Otherwise, during articulation, the resi will very likely hit the tower rib.

DK if this has been discussed in here but thought i would share. 315 75 16 -12 offset slightly rubs the shock body at full flex. It didn't eat all the plastic logo off. Pic of that flex as well. :D

Thank you for the input. From looks of your setup, are those 16x8 -12? If so that would be 4" BS
We have this note on our website, added to post #1:
-Wheel spacers may not be needed with negative offset wheels, depending on tire size and brand (ex: 16x8 et0 4.5" BS w/285s or 17x9 et-38 3.5" BS w/315s)

Yes it 16x8. I am going to get some .25 wheel spacers most likely but need longer wheel studs. I just don't want to mess with it right now. Its not so pressing that i need to address right away. Plus it will only be when im fully stretching the trucks legs lol. That happens probably 1 time every 3 months or so. Glad that's been caught already lol. I knew it probably was going to be an issue when i put the bigger tires on :)

OK I've got a really really possibly extremely stupid and shallow question about mounting the reservoirs. Asking here before I call Accutune for the shock order and get put on some kind of special list (I don't want them to know I'm a crazy person at least until they have my money first). Here goes...

I really hate the look of the hose clamp mounting solution. Yes, I'm that shallow. Zipties are even more revolting to my posh tastes, they make my toy poodle sick to his stomach. Poor little Fifi. Joking aside has anyone done some kind of billet mounting clamp setup? I'm trying to come up with ideas but so far nothing checks out. Accutune has some Jeep shock kits that have an interesting bracket/clamp solution but I can't find photos of them actually installed on a Jeep to see if they could be adapted:

I currently have Bilstein 5160's in the rear and they came with a billet clamp that mounts to the frame. I like these but not sure I can kludge them together on this kit and make something that doesn't suck. But still a clean looking solution that I'd like to emulate in some way or another:

Ideas welcome and appreciated. Definitely excited to get this kit sometime in near future, just got the U bolt flip kit and it's pure beefy goodness!
