Just installed the Icon RXT leaf pack on my 2020 trd off-road. I previously had OEM leafs with the icon add-a-leaf on there, but with my snugtop and a RTT my truck looked like I was driving around with a loaded diaper.

Video time lapse of the install:

    IMG_9619.HEIC.jpg

Before the install lift specs (center hub to fender):
    Driver front 22"
    Passenger front 22.5"
    Driver rear 22 1/4"
    Passenger rear 22 1/4"

    IMG_9631.HEIC.jpg

After the install lift specs (center hub to fender):
    Driver front 22"
    Passenger front 22.5"
    Driver rear 24.5"
    Passenger rear 25"

The install went pretty easy. I did run into an issue lining up the back hangers on the passenger side. But then found @CmdrTrekk (#50) on that thread and his tip on putting the driver side axel high and dropping the passenger side to bring the hanger and springs together and that was all I needed.

I must say I am super happy with the stage three setup. I think they'll settle a bit over time, but so far the ride isn't too stiff for me.

The only pain was disassembling the pack because it's shipped stage 1, then reassembling it into stage 3 with the extra leaf. I found three C clamps and a dead blow hammer made the reassemble pretty easy.

Very happy with how it all came out.

How long did the swap take without counting adjusting the leaf pack to option 3?

    Nice work.

I didn't find much settling on the Option 1 side. They do feel great though.

Took an afternoon. Now that I've done it once it would be a lot quicker, but I ran into some issues lining up the passenger side. With some reading on here it was a simple readjusting the axel height that I needed to get everything lined up. Once I figured that out the thing was a breeze.

that's good to hear. I may adjust my front coilovers to account for the 2.5" rake if they don't settle. Gonna put some more miles on them first. But yeah, I thought they were a great option for the money.

    Awesome! @memario1214 is the man.

How's the lead time looking these days? So volatile in the craziness.

Yeah. I was running around with 3in of rake while waiting on the coilovers to arrive. It wasn't bad, pretty interesting actually, as the snout disappeared. Just looked a bit too much.

    They're not. :pout:

This forum (bless y'alls heart) tapped me out. FRESH orders for drop shipping are anticipating ship dates in February, but I have a ton of stocking orders outstanding that hopefully show up sooner than that.

Question for you guys and girls. I just installed Icon RXT leaf springs (option 1) on my '17 TRD OR yesterday. The emergency brake line has a small metal loop/guide that bolted the OEM leaf to keep it from snagging the springs during articulation. RXT springs don't have a place for that brake guide and without it it would seem it's definitely going to snag at some point because it sits damn near on top a leaf shackle. Icon instructs you to bend the other brake housing that's attached to the frame but in reality it can't be bent in a way to keep the line completely out of the way. Did anyone else have this issue and what are you doing to keep the brake line out of the way?

Thanks for the response. I'm very interested in that pic but it's a broken link for me.

    Thanks!

Weird. My setup is working at full droop on both sides. I did have to use channel locks and bend the hoop about the axis of the axle toward the rear and ream the mount hole to fit the bolt.

BTW, that pic is of my Taco jacked just in front of the leaf mount with the wheel off the floor. Not full flex, but not far from it. I was lubing the leafs at the time and thought that I'd grab a pic.

I had to ream the mount hole too. I'll see if I can tweak the hoop into a better position before going the DIY route. Appreciate the response!
