We do have one tuner in Alaska. Any request through the website will be filtered to him. I’m unsure how close he may be.

VERY soon. I believe we figured out the CAI truck quirks. Testing should be finalized, onto conversions.

Is the upcoming sport tune a AT thing only or we can expect something for the MT as well?

Care to elaborate what causes CEL?
I got TRD one to complement my custom intake/exhaust tune. I had to disconnect the battery to install it. It drives good, no CELs after installation. But I noticed that long term fuel trims are hitting -10% on decel. Went and checked my previous logs on stock exhaust and they show -6.5 to -7.0%. It seems fine at 2000 RPMs, getting -3%.
I saw that you Pro guys got a training. Any thoughts on how this AFR patch works?
    Thanks

If you run into any hiccups, I'm always happy to help out. I've become pretty well acquainted with the software by now . I've helped a couple of other guys up here who use the vF software too. Sure, it's nice to make money as a tuner, but being a part of the local Tacoma/Toyota community is also a big reason why I stick with it.

I really like VR for my AT, but I haven't installed it on any MTs yet, so I can't give you any insight for that. I've installed other tunes on MTs though, and they love what a tune can bring to MTs! @TermLimits is pretty thorough, so I would guess that the MT tune will give you what you're looking for.

Hit me up if you need some advice or have questions. I'm happy to help.

Thank you. I purchased everything today (picked up an extra day of work to pay for it). If for some reasons I do need your help, I'm be sure to pay as that is only fair. It is nice to know that help is available if it turns out I over estimated my ability.

Glad to do it! vF Tuner can definitely be intimidating when you first try to use it. BTW, there's an Alaska Off Road Toyota Group meet up today off of the Kink River bridge. Stop on out if you have the time! https://www.instagram.com/p/CVtDG1Xvqgg/

I have both my Tacos listed. The one that will be tuned is a 2021, 3.5L.

    The 2.7L is a 97 with a cable throttle.

Thank you for pointing that out though.

Looking at how I wrote it, I can see that it was less than clear. I edited it to hopefully help in the future.

Hit a few snags in testing. Two testers had their trucks totaled and one sold out of the Tacoma. We are now in the converting stage of the process for sport.

4Runner files will be available soon as well

    Apologies for the delay
