ICB sells them and they have RAYS 17 lugs in stock, set of 24 with locks. I bought a set a few weeks back.

Debating on the 37 or 42 rays lugs, the 17s are a little shorter than I'd like. Thanks for the heads up with icb as well. Kics are out for now unless I can find some loose lugs as well. I even drooled over the amuse titanium lugs but I'm not that deep in the pocket

I run the rays 17 from icb. I didn’t want to run an aluminum lug nut.

Aluminum seems like a horrible choice for a lugnut unless you plan to never leave the mall parking lot.

Hmm that may be true but the flip side of that coin is those lugs are engineered by the same company than engineered the wheels. How could you trust one but not the other? I'd really love the kics but piecing together a set just doesn't seem worth the headache. I'll do some homework on the 17s as well now.

I ended up having to do the same. I bought 2 sets, at least I have a few spares.

They may design both but they don't aren't application specific and they don't say to only use unless you have x amount of threads engaged. Maybe if you swapped in longer studs and had more thread engagement but until then I'll pass on the fancy colored aluminum nuts

Also....there is no reason to choose aluminum over steel in this application. There are no benefits, only drawbacks.

You don't see too many nuts made out of aluminum in general. I'd take that as a sign that it's probably not a good application.

I think the only oem to offer a mass produced car with aluminum nuts is Porsche but I bet the thread engagement is more than we see on our trucks and they use a 14x1.5 stud.

I just ordered a set of TE37XT-M SPEC 17x8.5 -10 in bronze and will mount on 265/70/17 on stock suspension height. Will this rub or do I have to do some mods? The wheel is like backed order till May 2022 though but I got it on a Black Friday deal with a good discount.

I have a pro with the same setup and it barely rubs on the inside front under load. just trimmed a little of the liner and it's fine.

You might rub a bit. Be prepared to remove mud flaps and re-form your liners with a heat gun. Should be easy though.

You should be fine. You may rub if you're running front mud flaps, though.

I've been running this 16" setup on my OR for a few years now. However, I found a set of TE37 Large PCD progressive 18x9 +0 in gunmetal that just seem to be calling my name. Two questions:

Will these fit w/o any mods/issues?
What size tire do I run?

    Here's a current picture :)
    Thanks all!
