    Hey all,
I have a 2020 SR with ~25k on it. Prior to now the suspension/handling of the truck seemed very firm. Rough and aggressive over bumps but firm. Steering was firm but not difficult.

Last week I went thru and applied fluid film on the underside as an act of rust prevention. I followed a discussion on here and went to town.

Now post fluid film application the suspension seems much softer. The steering is very sensitive and I'm experiencing a lot more body roll, especially at highway speeds.

Anyone experience this before? Thoughts on something else it could be? My only theory is maybe the fluid film lubricated everything and now its allowing it to move more smoothly?

I did have it in for my last free maintenance for the 25k mark a few weeks ago and I believe they checked alignment but we all know how well that can be trusted.

    Welcome
I highly doubt FF application changed anything.
I'd start with tire pressure changes, either due to decreasing temps or from your recent service. Most shops tend to just Fill em up.
If not tires, I'd ask if they changed the alignment, if they didn't because it was in spec,,, can they show you the sheet??

My 2017 SR has been coated once with Fluid Film and three times with Wool Wax. I have not experienced any of the conditions you described.

Yeah this was kind of my thoughts as well, checked tire pressure and everything is good. I'll get in touch with them in regards to the alignment and see what happens.

    Nothing yet
I really think it's all in your head as far as the fluid film goes. I applied it to mine a few times and it has changes nothing. I even sprayed my new suspension with it, all over.
