    Costs me around $70 - $75 to put 3/4 of a tank in my Tacoma out here in the land of the People's Paradise and Communist Hellhole :argue: Gas at most stations in my area is now right at $5/gallon for 87 octane.

    Decided to tackle making bagels this morning due to special request but me baking under low caffeine volume is apparently not advised. I may have accidentally doubled my yeast so then I had to double the rest of the recipe and now I have 8 cups of flour rising and no idea how I'm going to batch and bake like 20 bagels :facepalm::frusty:


    Let's hope they freeze decently... After hopefully turning out edible first :fingerscrossed:
