Definitely tough calls. My wife was POA and executive of the will. Her brother and sister did absolutely NOTHING throughout the last few years of their parent's lives. EVERYTHING fell on us. It was an exhausting 7 years.

I live in a fairly rural county in northern California. Problem is, Lake Tahoe is in my county. We get tons of San Fran bay area flatlander city type politicially brain dead ID10Ts come through here to get to Tahoe for summer (boating, jet skiing) or winter (skiing, snow boarding) activities, and they see what a beautiful county we have. In the last 5 - 7 years, they have been streaming out of their self made thirdworld shithole overcrowded cities and moving up here. They sell their tine little houses in the bay area for >$1Million, come up here, and think nothing of paying $400K cash for a big house with land, pocket the other >$500K, and then start corrupting our way of life in order to turn it into the bay area.

yes, those warehouses have changed that area. My shop is near that wawa and they are bringing water & sewer through.
I thought brick n mortar was being phased out.. but apparently Azon is cash flow!! Power to the people
