No I make crazy strong coffee mostly, the occasional diet coke. I've really cut 90% of my soda drinking out though so mostly just coffee. It works, keeps me awake and alert, but not energetic by any means.

Certain energy drinks make me tired, it's weird. It must be the other things they're mixed with. I don't drink coffee, but I have at minimum an energy drink and 52oz soda per day. Usually a 1/2 a 2-liter on top of that. I switched from Monster to Nos and I feel like it actually does its job.

I miss the days when I had a prescription to dextroamphetamine, but I haven't really needed meds in years to get stuff done, i just work at a weird pace. It wouldn't be a bad idea though, next time I see my doctor I might ask about it.

It helps that I only drink diet soda since I'm diabetic. Regular soda makes me feel sticky and lethargic.

if u need need it then id say get it. Otherwise, long term use of addy decreases your baseline cognition off of the medication. AKA ur dumber than the average american if ur not medicated, and "normal" with it. Also causes cardiomyopathy among others

Made some signs yesterday; was more of a lesson on gussets, out of position welding, and thick on thin material.

Instructor is off today as he's taking a vacation for Veteran's Day so I'm taking turns running on stainless steel :anonymous:

I'd try what you do because it looks fun, but with work I can't be climbing a mountain from 1-6am and still expect to stay awake from 6:30-2:30

Well that's good to know. There were some times when I was in high school that I over-medicated so I got really good at regulating. I miss the super productivity but I don't miss the emotional dearth I felt when coming down.
