Got under the truck, I don’t see the sway bar hitting anything or being anywhere even close to hitting something (pics below). I shook my truck in the garage and I think I heard the sound, but couldn’t be sure, almost sounded like it came from right under the drivers seat

Is the noise possibly tied to the CMC?

Have you run into a situation like this, creaking after a lift?

Only with Camburg or Total Chaos UCA's, I've gotten a squeak. The bushing design is completely different on SPC though. With SPC you can torque the UCA without having the vehicle on the ground. OEM and some brands of UCA have to torque with tires back on and vehicle on the ground.

Next step should be to remove the top plate spacers!

Trucks back at the installer, today they’re going to take them off and see if the noise persists

Hopefully that fixes it. If it does look into other methods to lift the truck aside from spacers. I think Eibach makes lift springs and Wescott designs makes a lift for your PRO.

I have a similar issue that I think is ball joint related.
Noticed some tears in the ball joint boots then went wheeling in the mud and noticed a slight clunk sound when turning the wheel to the right.
I re torqued everything, greased all grease-able joints, gonna do tie rods inner and outer, new boots and some new lower ball joints. Then get an alignment and have my wheels pushed forward a little since I’m rubbing.

Pros do not come 1.5” higher than other trims. It’s probably .5” and 1” if you are lucky.

Top plate spacers were removed, sound was still there. The shop has put the top plates back in and are still looking for the issue

    I wish haha.

The only other thing I can think of is something with the steering with the 285s or the CMC

Did the sway bar end up being the issue causing your noise? I remember your post from a while ago and I mentioned the sway bar as a possibility.

At this point I would find someone else local to give a 2nd opinion. Also, either pay another shop to retorque everything, or buy a torque wrench and go to town.

Specifically these lower 2 bolts on each side below. It's clear the shop has wrenched on them. 118 ft lb torque.

I got underneath the truck and looked at the sway bar, I couldn’t see any markings on it and it appears to have plenty of clearance as it sits right now. Even with the front lift taken off it was still making the noise. Shop says they’ve retorqued it as well

Had them torque those as well, they’ve been working on it all day, still there
