Does anyone know of a company that sells just the plates that attach to the frame for bolt on sliders? I can bend tube and weld but, I definitely don't have access to a 30k CNC mill. I know I could weld right onto the frame but would rather not for various reasons.

There is a thread on here... somewhere.. that has a cad file for that piece. I will try to find it for you....might be a little bit.

So maybe I should mention... if you take the file to a local fab shop they might be able to cut it up for you. Then you aren't paying for shipping.

I'm in the process of modifying my sliders and a custom fill plate is part of the plan. I'm having a shop with a cnc mill do the two plates while another guy is doing the tubes. there are no standard sizes unless you plan to grind to fit. can you seek out a metal fab outfit or individual to take the measurements and do it directly?

It seems like getting a fab shop is my only option. Finding one in my town will be my next hurtle. Seems like around here, they're all industrial shops that only serve big clients. Sucks all the big name off road companies don't offer just plates..or just tubes for the diy'er.

You don't need a shop with a huge CNC Mill, those probably are few and far between. You need someone with a plasma table, water jet, or laser cutter. Those are a lot more common with a table the length you need. Hopefully that helps with finding someone around you that could do it for a guy off the street.
