    1. I've been on the forums for awhile, but haven't posted before. Usually all my issues are easy to find.
Ive got a white 2016 TRD OR. 3" lift with 33s
Eventually will get more parts but being stationed on guam means hard to ship anything here.

For my issue, I've searched far and wide through the forums, YouTube, etc.
And yet to see this specific problem.

Usually it's the flashing AC light issue everyone has.

My AC works great, as long as I press the button every 3-5 seconds when it shuts off...

Toyota claims (temp sensor out, clutch worn out) estimate: $1950

AC shop claims (evaporator leak, bad compressor, replace both) estimate: 1560

So not even shops know wtf is going on

Anyone ever have the auto shutoff issue before??

1st gen - it's got a built engine, a turbo, and waaaaaaay too much to list. 3rd gen - basic-bitch lift, S/C, Pro Wheels
There was a TSB a while back about this. Seems the fix for it (not sure if it's the *EXACT* same issue you're having) was Toyota had an electric fan kit that they would install for free under the TSB that would mount to the front passenger side of the radiator to improve airflow across the condenser. Since your truck is a 2017 you may be SOL on that deal, but it wouldn't hurt to ask and try...

Interesting. With all the searching I did, I haven't seen a thing about this. I'll look it up now and see what people have said. Thanks!
